My kitty seems to have fallen into the loo. Since I designed the t-shirt for that very occasion myself, I should know. That the condition will pass is hardly to the point though. Of course it will pass, but in the meantime it cannot be borne with dignity, grace and fortitude; otherwise it would be not what it is.

I am with you every step of the way though, in prayer and in consciousness and in spirit. I hold the space with you for darkness and the pain.

Darling Starflower- ...none of which is any consolation, nor in truth should be taken as such. I happen to know your darkness and all that dwells in it as my very own, and I would not steal it from you. I will always hold a space for us within it though and you will pull from the strength of our soul.

Please try not to be brave then. Howl in indignation wolf-like. Drink the cup which you are given, sweetheart. There is no harm in it, let alone sense, and sometimes it is necessary, for reasons of its own design.

But always I hold you in my leathery wings, gently as dinner. And kisses by the bunch.
